Quick instructions

To benefit from the warranty, you must register your purchase on the FESTOOL GmbH website within 100 days from the date of purchase of the product.

Enter the following address: www.festool.com/myfestool and enter as many information as required.

All tools are accompanied by the user manual and warranty manual which lists the unique codes of the tool (T-no. & Serial no.), which are necessary for the electronic registration of the purchase and the monitoring of the history of the tool in terms of repairs.

These numbers are also indicated on the body of the tool.

Please do not remove the sticker as well as protect it from damage!

In order for the all-inclusive guarantee to apply, you must register your tool online or call us at 210-2811072, 210-2855819 to give you all the necessary information.

The exclusive management of tool repairs under warranty is carried out by the authorized service department of the company HELLENIC TOOL CENTER O.E., Dryadon 4, Neo Heraklion Attica, P.C. 14122.

HELLENIC TOOL CENTER OE. , at its sole discretion, may choose to repair or replace any tool covered by the all-inclusive warranty that has been found to be defective at no cost to the buyer. The management of warranties will be carried out by HELLENIC TOOL CENTER O.E. according to the workflow and availability of spare parts and accessories.

Operation of the Warranty:

This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable law under the contract of sale between us.

No agent, distributor or employee of HELLENIC TOOL CENTER O.E. is authorized to increase or modify the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
