Availability
Please note that we process your order within the framework of our available stocks.
In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we commit to communicate via e-mail or telephone within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.
In addition, product availability is indicative and not binding.
Return
Right of withdrawal without reason (Replacement or Cancellation of order)
You may within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received the product yourself or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, withdraw from your order without reason for any reason. In case of an order consisting of several products which are delivered in parts at your choice, the above period of unjustified cancellation starts from the day on which you received the last product of the above order.
It will be accepted only the return of the products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging without that their packaging has been tampered with and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed.
The compensation can mean either a refund of the entire amount of the order, or a replacement with other products of your choice from E–shop (the refund or replacement will be made within days from the date of receipt of the products and after our company confirms the excellent condition of the products).
Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer and the cost is equal to that of shipping the order when shipping the product via F.I.S COURIER. In case you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us and the return amount will be charged directly to you by the transport companies. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it (the product is sent at the customer's responsibility). In both cases of shipment, the parcel must include all the documents and packaging that were originally present when the order was delivered.
If you choose transport, we advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose a declared value shipment that represents the cost of the products you are sending.
This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services.
In case of your choice of transport, the return is carried out under the responsibility of the Customer.
Any product that is damaged, or whose packaging is damaged, will not receive compensation.
Worn goods
We are responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise from the time it is shipped until you receive it.
Therefore, if upon receipt of the goods you ordered you find that they are faulty or do not work as they should, you have the right to ask for their repair or replacement, or when this is not possible, you can ask for a discount or a refund if the product is proven to be damaged after an inspection by us.
Please note that the shipping costs are covered by our E-shop when returning the product (the product is sent at the customer's responsibility in the case of a return with the carrier of his choice)) and the package must include all the documents and packaging that were present initially upon delivery of the order.

Delay in order delivery
If you do not receive the goods you have purchased immediately, or if you have requested their delivery to the place you indicated during the order, delivery must take place within the agreed date.
If you do not receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed deadline, you should remind us by email at info@hellenictool.gr or by phone at 2102811072 and give us a reasonable additional time to deliver them to you.
If in the end we do not deliver the goods even within the new deadline, you have the right to cancel your contract and get your money back as soon as possible. No additional deadline needs to be given if there is a refusal to deliver the products or if the delivery time is decisive and has been marked from the beginning of your order.
Wrong order
You can within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received the incorrect order, yourself or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, request their free replacement with the products of your order. In the case of an order consisting of several products which are delivered in parts at your choice, the above period starts from the day on which you received the last product of the above order.
Please note that the transport costs fall into our e-Shop when returning the wrong order and resending the correct one (the product is sent at the customer's responsibility in the case of a return with the carrier of his choice) and the parcel must include all the documents and packaging originally present when the order was delivered.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we do not receive the products or their return receipt. Refunds will not include the shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase.
